Toyota Coilovers: Supra, GR Corolla, Corolla and Camry
We list Toyota coilovers for the GR Supra, the classic A70 and A80 Supra, the GR Corolla, several Corolla and Camry generations, and more. The right kit depends on the chassis code, the rear suspension and the trim, and our listing titles spell all three out.
Toyota builds everything from a commuter sedan to the GR Corolla. That range shows in the catalogue. A Camry SE and a Camry LE can need different kits. A Corolla with a torsion beam rear and one with a multi-link rear are not the same job. Read the title before anything else.
Fitment below comes straight from our listing titles. If your year, trim or drivetrain is not named, we do not assume it fits. Confirm on the product page, or call 1-800-460-9106 with your VIN.
GR Supra (A90) Coilovers
The A90 has the deepest list of any Toyota we carry. Electronic dampers are the first thing to check.
BC Racing. The 2019-2023 Supra RWD BC Racing listing comes in BR, DS, ER, RM or ZX.
KW. KW lists the 2020-2023 GR Supra (A90) without electronic dampers in KW V1 or KW V3. A separate listing for cars with electronic dampers comes as a bundle with an EDC cancellation kit.
Bilstein. The 2020-2026 GR Supra EVO T1 listing covers the A90/A91 without electronic suspension. Its title notes that electronic suspension needs canceller kit 14-292408.
Fortune Auto. The 2020-2024 Supra (A90) Fortune Auto listing has a separate-style rear. It comes in the 500 or 510 Series, with Swift or Hypercoil spring upgrades as options.
Öhlins, Feal, TEIN and Ksport. Öhlins lists a 2019-2025 Supra (A90) Road & Track kit. Feal lists the 2020-2022 A90 with an OE-style rear or true rear coilovers. TEIN lists the A90 in Street Advance Z, and Ksport lists a 2019-2022 kit.
Classic Supra: A70 and A80
The older Supras still get plenty of attention, and most brands still list them.
A80, 1993 to 1998. The 1993-1998 Supra RWD BC Racing listing comes in BR, DS, ER or ZX. KW lists the Supra MK IV (JZA8x). Fortune Auto lists the JZA80 and Feal lists the A80. TEIN lists the JZA80L in Street Basis Z, Street Advance Z, Flex Z and Mono Sport. Ksport lists a kit too.
A70, 1986 to 1992. BC Racing lists the 1986-1992 Supra RWD. Fortune Auto lists the MA70 and Feal lists the A70. TEIN lists the MA70L in Flex Z and Street Advance Z, and Ksport lists a 1987-1992 kit.
GR Corolla and Corolla Coilovers
The 2023-2024 GR Corolla AWD BC Racing listing comes in BR, DS, RM, ER or ZX. It is the only GR Corolla kit in our catalogue right now.
The regular Corolla is where titles matter most. Recent cars come with either a torsion beam or a multi-link rear, and the kits split on that.
Multi-link rear. BC Racing lists a 2019+ Corolla Multi-Link Rear kit. Its 2019-2024 Corolla Hatchback and 2020-2024 Sedan Extreme Low kit excludes the torsion beam rear.
Torsion beam rear. BC Racing lists the 2023-2025 Corolla LE Base FWD with torsion beam rear suspension.
Other recent listings. BC Racing lists a 2020-2023 Corolla Sedan FWD and a 2019-2023 Corolla Hatchback FWD. Fortune Auto lists the 2018-2022 Corolla (E210) with a separate-style rear. Ksport lists the 2019-2021 E210, and TEIN lists the 2019-2022 Corolla Hatchback.
AE86. BC Racing, Ksport, Fortune Auto and Feal list 1983-1987 Corolla kits. Several of those titles mention welding or a front spindle, so read them closely.
Not sure which rear your Corolla has? Look under the back of the car, or call us with the VIN.
Camry Coilovers: Trim Decides Fitment
Camry listings split by trim more than any other Toyota we carry.
2018 to 2022. The 2018-2022 Camry FWD XSE/SE BC Racing listing includes the XSE Hybrid, in BR or DS. A separate BC listing covers the Hybrid/LE and excludes the SE. Ksport splits its 2018-2021 listings the same way, and TEIN lists the 2018-2022 Camry including SE and XSE.
2018 to 2024, Extreme Low. BC Racing lists a Camry FWD kit with an 80mm bolt hole distance, in Extreme Low. Check that measurement before you order.
2012 to 2017. BC Racing lists the Camry SE FWD, a Camry FWD kit that excludes the SE and a Hybrid/LE kit. Ksport and TEIN also name SE and XSE trims in their titles.
2025. BC Racing lists the Camry LE FWD and the Camry SE/XLE/XSE FWD as separate kits.
BC Racing lists the 2017-2024 86 (ZN6/ZN8). Its title reads "86 FWD", so call us with your VIN to confirm it fits your car. KW lists the 2017-2023 GT86/GR86. Öhlins lists the 86 including the GR86. Fortune Auto lists the 2012-2022 FT86 (ZN6) and the 2022-2024 GR86 (ZN8). Bilstein lists 2017-2020 86 and 2022-2026 GR86 kits in B14 PSS and B12 Pro-Kit. TEIN lists the 2017-2021 86 (ZNA), Ksport the 2017-2021 86, and Solo-Werks the 2017-2021 FT86.
Toyota Coilovers: Which Brand Fits Your Build
Every brand here builds performance suspension for a different driver. These are the series that show up on the Toyota listings above.
BC Racing uses nitrogen-charged monotube dampers in every series. The BR, DS and RM have 30-click simultaneous compression and rebound. The ER adds an external reservoir for sustained track heat. The ZX is three-way adjustable: 30-click rebound, 20-click low-speed compression and 12-click high-speed compression. Swift Springs SPEC-R upgrade springs are an option on most fitments.
KW V1 has preset damping, and KW V3 adjusts rebound and compression separately. Both use twin-tube dampers in stainless steel bodies.
Fortune Auto hand-builds its kits in Virginia. The 500 Series is single-adjustable and custom valved, and the 510 adds independent compression and rebound. Bilstein says its EVO T1 adjusts in ten clicks, with rebound and compression set together. Öhlins Road & Track kits use DFV (Dual Flow Valve).
TEIN Street Basis Z has fixed damping. Street Advance Z and Flex Z have 16-click damping, and the Mono Sport is a monotube design.
For a daily Camry or Corolla, a kit with a sensible spring rate and simple damping does the job. For a GR Supra or GR Corolla that sees track days, the adjustable kits give you room to tune. Our guide on how coilovers affect ride quality helps you choose.
Reading a Toyota Listing Title
Toyota fitment lives in the details. Before you add a coilover kit to the cart, match every part of the title to your car.
Chassis code. JZA80, MA70, E210, ZN8 and the rest tell you exactly which generation a kit fits. Your VIN tells us the same thing.
Trim. SE, XSE, LE and Hybrid change Camry fitment. GR models have their own listings.
Rear suspension. Torsion beam or multi-link on recent Corollas. Separate-style rear or true rear coilovers on some Supra and Corolla kits.
Electronics. "With electronic dampers" or "without electronic suspension" on the A90. Pick the one that matches your car.
Hardware notes. A bolt hole distance, a welding requirement or a front spindle. These are not small print. They decide whether the kit bolts on.
BC Racing also uses "Extreme Low" in some titles. Extreme Low is a lower-riding BC Racing version, listed separately for some cars and ordered as a custom build on others. If you want a mild drop, ask us before you order one.
Setting Up Your Toyota
Lower in steps and set ride height on coilovers before you lock anything down. Tighten every locking collar, then get an alignment, since camber and toe move with any height change. Remember that big wheels add unsprung weight, the mass the springs do not carry. A coilover kit does not reduce it by itself. New to this? Start with what are coilovers.
Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on the kit. KW lists separate A90 kits for cars with and without electronic dampers, and the electronic version includes an EDC cancellation kit. Bilstein's EVO T1 title says cars with electronic suspension need a canceller kit.
Yes. We list a 2023-2024 GR Corolla AWD kit from BC Racing in BR, DS, RM, ER or ZX.
Look under the rear of the car, or call 1-800-460-9106 with your VIN. Our BC Racing titles split recent Corollas by torsion beam and multi-link rear, so it matters.
On many years, yes. BC Racing and Ksport list SE or XSE kits apart from LE and Hybrid kits. Order the listing that names your trim.
No. They are different cars with separate listings from every brand. Order the kit that names your chassis.
Yes. Any ride height change moves camber and toe. Align the car after the install and after any later height change.
Look for fixed or simple damping and a sensible spring rate. The TEIN Street Basis Z and KW V1 fit that brief where they list your car. Set the height modestly and the ride stays civil.
