Refunds & Returns

Cancellations

An industry-standard 20-25% restocking fee (depending on brand) on ALL cancellations and returns for custom builds or out of stock items is in effect. 10% cancellation and return re-stocking fee for standard kits may apply.

The 20-25% restocking fee is based on the MAP price of the item(s) as advertised by the respective coilover brand.

An out of stock item is anything that is shipping from our manufacturing plant to you. If an order that is being shipped from overseas to the customer is cancelled there will be a 20-25% restocking fee for that order.

A custom build is anything that requires a valving change, custom length shocks, custom spring rates, and or any other modification from the normal stocking configuration that is listed on the Vendor Application List.

A standard kit is the default kit.

 

Damaged Parts

If you find your parts arrive with damage, please contact us immediately and send us photos of every single damaged component. Do not install or attempt to install the parts. We cannot open a damage claim or otherwise remedy the damage if you install the parts on your vehicle.

Returns

To start the Return process fill out the Returns form. You will need your order number and email address used when creating the order.

Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • The parts must not have been installed.

Any adjustments after installation can only be handled via the product warranty directly with the manufacturer of the part(s).

Ksport Special Orders Notice

When you place an order for Ksport coilovers that are not in stock and must be special ordered, we will notify you. Ksport special orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned under any circumstances. We will ask you to agree to the special order terms. Once you agree to the terms, no order changes can be made.

Overseas BC Racing Special Orders Notice

As a BC Racing authorized dealer, we have the ability to order almost all BC Racing coilover kits available worldwide. This includes coilover kits for vehicles only manufactured and sold outside of North America. If you would like to order a coilover kit normally only available overseas, please contact us. We will confirm pricing and availability for you, and take your order. All overseas orders are considered special orders, and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

All Other Special Orders Notice

Depending on spec and application, sometimes a coilover kit or part must be specially ordered, as it is not regular stock. If you've ordered a coilover kit or part that must be specially ordered, we will notify you. Special orders cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances once shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Each banks has it's own processing time, from a few days to a month.

Contact your credit card company, as with banks, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@coilovers.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@coilovers.com.

Gifts

All the above conditions apply. If the return is approved and the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a coupon code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the approved return will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you request to cancel your order after your item has shipped, and the item has not yet delivered to your shipping address, you will be responsible for covering the original shipping cost and any additional fees to redirect/return your coilovers to sender. We don't guarantee that the return to sender request will be successful, and you may be required to refuse the delivery.

If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for all original and return shipping costs. These shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
